Privacy policy for Samfunnssentralen
This privacy policy applies to Samfunnssentralen (“we” in the following). We are the Data Controller as it applies to the processing of personal data described in this privacy policy. You will find our contact information below.
Whose personal data do we process?
This privacy policy concerns our processing of personal data relating to the following persons:
With whom do we share personal data?
Our IT supplier will have access to personal data if said data are stored on the supplier’s premises, or at any other location that is accessible to the supplier in compliance with his contract with us. Our suppliers act in compliance with both the data processing agreement that they enter into with us, and our instructions. Suppliers may only use the personal data for the purposes that we have determined and that are described in this privacy policy.
Storage of personal data
All personal information on forms sent by users of this website will be stored. Written enquiries will be deleted after three years.
Your rights
You have rights regarding the personal data that relates to you. The nature of these rights will depend on the specific circumstances. If you have given your consent to the processing of your personal data, you are entitled at any time to withdraw said consent by sending an e-mail to: anja@samfunnssentralen.no.
Request for access: You are entitled to obtain access to any personal data that we have concerning you, provided that there exists no duty of non-disclosure that prevents this. In order to ensure that access to personal data is provided to the correct person, we may require that an application for access is made in writing, or that identification be verified by some other means.
Request to rectify or delete: You are entitled to ask us to rectify incorrect information that we have concerning you, or request the deletion of personal data. As far as possible, we will accede to a request to delete personal data, but we cannot do this if there exist substantial arguments against deletion. For example, if it is considered necessary for us to store data for documentation purposes.
Data portability: In some situations you will be able to receive personal data that you have submitted to us in a machine-readable format.
If it is technically feasible, you will in some situations be able to have these data transferred directly to other enterprises.
Security
We have put in place procedures for the secure processing of personal data. These include both technical and organisational measures. We make regular assessments of the security measures applied in all key systems that are used for the processing of personal data, and agreements have been entered into that place a duty on the suppliers of such systems to ensure that adequate data security measures are in place.
Access to personal data is limited to personnel who require said access in order to carry out their work. We operate with an agreed set of in-house IT guidelines, and our employees undergo regular training in data security and the use of our IT systems.
Amendments to this privacy policy
We reserve the right to make minor amendments to this privacy policy. You will always find the most updated version on our website. In the event of major changes, we will send out a notification.
